Training trip Continual Improvement (Kaizen) – Japan

4–10 June 2023

On our trips to Kyoto, Hiroshima, and Tokyo in June 2023, we will learn the principles of lean management in Japanese industries and organizations by visiting the most advanced organizations in the world and attending educational seminars in the field of continual organizational improvement (kaizen).

In addition, through visiting the attractive cultural and tourism centers of this country, we will become acquainted with Japan's traditions, culture, and ancient rituals.

In our engaging educational seminars, speakers such as the former CEO of Panasonic, the General Director of Human Resources at Toyota, and the General Director of Marketing at Sony will teach us the accomplishments and success secrets of these global leaders.

Visiting the nuclear bombing site and World War II Museum are further highlights of this trip.
